Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU/Norwegian consumer law.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• To initiate a return, please request a return label via our Returns Portal or contact us at support@cheera.no.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive your return.
• Return shipping costs are free.
• Exchanges: To exchange, please place a new order and return the original item.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, jewellery and accessories (like earrings) are non-returnable unless defective.
